Challenge
The brand had a strong sustainability proposition, but communicating sustainability too directly could make the brand feel technical, niche, or inaccessible to a broader audience. At the same time, some properties were located in more remote destinations, creating an additional challenge around accessibility and perception.
Solution
I explored ways to communicate sustainability through lifestyle and experience rather than treating it as a purely technical proposition. Sustainability was connected with nature, wellness, responsible travel, conscious living, unique destinations, and experiential travel. For remote properties, the communication also shifted the perception from being simply far or difficult to access toward being remote, secluded, immersive, and closer to nature.

The project strengthened my experience in sustainable branding, niche audience communication, property marketing, destination storytelling, and translating abstract brand values into communication that is easier for consumers to understand and connect with.
